Mark teaches the way he would want to be taught. Small classes, hands on a manikin early and often, and time taken with anyone who needs it rather than a room read at from the front.

He also tests properly. Every card is issued against his own instructor credential, so a student who cannot do the compressions does not get one — because the person on the floor one day will not care what the certificate says. That is the whole of the standard, and it is why the name is what it is.

Training runs either at a class you join, or at your own workplace, where we bring the manikins and the AED trainers and certify your team in one visit.
